Shady Knoll Single Barrel Cask Strength Rye Whiskey (750mL)

Shady Knoll Single Barrel Cask Strength Rye Whiskey is double distilled “on the grain” in the distillery's alembic Charentais pot still in order to enhance its flavor and proof.  They then age it for at least four years in new charred American oak barrels and then finish it for several additional months in premium used Portuguese Port barrels. 

The nose and taste of Single Barrel Cask Strength Rye Whiskey reflects the terroir and spice their York homegrown rye, the multiple flavors from the charred oak barrels and the rich smoothness of their Port barrels.

Shady Knoll Rye Whiskey won a Gold Medal at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
