Distilleries and brands often change the packaging of their products, including bottles and exterior boxes.. ForWhiskeyLover's does our best to update the product images in our store with the most up-to-date product imagery, however we do not guarantee that the packaging you receive will be identical to the image in our website.
If you are ordering a product because you specifically want the packaging you see in an image in our store, you must contact us first to confirm that the packaging you want is the packaging we have and can ship you.
FORWHISKEYLOVERS DOES NOT SELL OR SHIP ALCOHOL. We work with independent vendors, retailers, manufacturers and other licensed parties (collectively, "PARTNERS").
IN ALL INSTANCES, ALL SALES ARE ADVERTISED, SOLICITED, OFFERED, ACCEPTED, MADE AND DELIVERED BY OUR PARTNERS WHO RECEIVE ALL ORDERS. In all instances, any solicitation, invitation, offer, advertisement or communication is void where prohibited by law. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available by a Partner, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to the purchase including, without limitation, your credit card information, your billing address and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to use any credit card, debit card, gift card, gift certificate or coupon code utilized in connection with any transaction.
Any packages that are refused or unable to be delivered by our common carriers will be returned to the Partner at your expense. They will refund to you any product costs minus shipping costs.

ForWhiskeyLovers.com is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you experience any problem with your order, we want to hear about it. If you find any errors with the product(s) you receive, or receive damaged goods, please call us immediately at (845) 704-2446 or contact us via email at orders@ForWhiskeyLovers.com. We will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Once we receive the returned package, we will send out a replacement package to you. If this item is no longer available, we will either credit your account or contact you to arrange for a replacement product. Please note, any problems with the receipt of your package must be called in to us within 10 days of the delivery date.
Do to the nature and restrictions of international shipping and customs regulations, ForWhiskeyLovers is unable to offer refunds on international shipments. Once your shipment has left our fulfillment centers, the shipment and any customs charges etc. are your /the purchasers responsibility, as agreed to in our "international shipping terms & conditions" during check out.
All product returns (unless due to our error) are subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee, and must be shipped back to us at the recipients expense.
