Glenglassaugh Scotch Single Malt Revival (750ml)

This Highland single malt opens with a rich, decadent fruitcake nose. On the palate, it’s sweet yet dry, showing plenty of toffee and dried fruit character with notes of mocha and marzipan that linger through the finish.Matured in a combination of used red-wine casks and Bourbon barrels, then finished in oloroso Sherry barrels, this honey-hued Scotch has a Sherried peach-nectar aroma. The palate shows notes of almond and cedar, finishing with hits of lemon peel and smoke.This unpeated single malt pours a deep amber color. Toasty aromas give way to a malty character with plenty of oak spice. Sherried and candied orange notes, plus a whiff of fruit and nut bread come through.
