Shady Knoll Four Grain Whiskey (750mL)

Shady Knoll Four Grain Whiskey is double distilled “on the grain” in the distillery's alembic Charentais pot still in order to enhance its flavor and proof.  They then age it for at least four years in new charred American oak barrels and then finish it for several additional months in premium used Portuguese Port barrels. 

The nose and taste of Shady Knoll Four Grain Whiskey reflects the terroir and complexity of the unique grain mash bill, the multiple flavors from their charred oak barrels and the rich smoothness of the Port barrels.
