Shady Knoll Whiskey (750mL)

Shady Knoll Whiskey is double distilled “on the grain” in the distillery's alembic Charentais pot still in order to enhance its flavor and proof.  They then age it for at least two and one-half years in a succession of used charred American oak barrels, used Portuguese Port barrels, used Shady Knoll Apple Brandy barrels, used Shady Knoll Rye Whiskey barrels and used Wild Turkey barrels. 

The nose and taste of Shady Knoll Whiskey reflects the terroir and spice of their homegrown rye and the smooth complexity of the distillery's series of finishing barrels.
