Suspending a fusion of organic juniper berries, coriander, angelica root, and select aromatic botanicals in the gin still vapor path produces delicate juniper, citrus, spicy, and floral aromas and a long, smooth, velvety cascade of intriguing flavors. 

Smugglers' Notch Maple Cream Liqueur (1 x 750mL): An indulgent blend of Smuggler's Notch extraordinary rum, which is aged for 3 years in charred white oak barrels and finished off with double aging in SND bourbon barrels for an additional year to infuse complex whiskey overtones. Then they marry this with 100% pure, organic Vermont maple syrup from a local sugarbush and fresh cream.

Smugglers' Notch Straight Bourbon (1 x 750mL): Smugglers’ Notch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is created through careful aging and exacting blending of the distinctive flavors of corn, rye, and malted barley. At 90  proof, this bourbon is exceptionally smooth with an aroma of sweet corn and nutty rye. Palate entry is full-bodied and oaky. At mid-palate the taste profile turns delicate with light vanilla overtones. It finishes with notes of chocolate and caramel.

Smugglers' Notch Maple Infused Bourbon (1 x 750mL): This quintessentially Vermont whiskey is made by infusing the distillery's Gold Medal award-winning straight bourbon whiskey with 100% pure organic Vermont maple syrup that has been aged in their used bourbon barrels. Smugglers Notch Maple Bourbon is bourbon forward with a hint of maple on the nose. Notes of honey and oak on entry give way to cinnamon, maple, and smoky vanilla flavors mid-palate finishing smooth with a sweet chaser.

Smuggler's Notch Morrocan Rose & Grapefruit Flavored Vodka (1 x750mL): Using real ingredients and natural flavors, Smuggler's Notch has created a vodka with a fantastic nose, midpalate complexity, and an extremely satisfying finish. The bright grapefruit nose transitions to a silky/slightly tart midpalate finishing with a superb rose floral note.

Smugglers' Notch Single Barrel Rum (1 x 750mL): Distilled from molasses and aged 3 years in charred white oak barrels at Smuggler's Notch heated facility (think warm climate) in Jeffersonville, VT., this single-barrel aged rum is finished with a double-aging in a used bourbon barrel to infuse complex whiskey overtones. This amber colored rum has elaborate components. At first sip these full bodies tones stand out with layered flavors of vanilla, toffee, honey, and sweet spice warming the palate at the finish.
