Shady Mile High Wheat Bourbon (750mL)

Shady Mile High Wheat Bourbon is produced by the 10th oldest distillery in Kentucky. Shady Mile only uses the highest quality ingredients. The subtle, smooth taste
comes from the blend of corn, wheat and Kentucky limestone filtered water.
The whiskey is barreled and bottled in Owensboro, KY.  It is put into new charred oak barrels at 120 proof, then  bottled at 90 proof

Color: golden amber

Aroma: chocolate toffee and stone fruits, brown spices, and granola cereal

Mouthfeel: supple, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium-full body

Palate: raisins with hints of cornbread waffles with maple syrup and honey pepper jelly. A nice combination of fruit and spice

Finish: warming, very long finish
