The Architect is the new blueprint for the future of precision blending. The third build in this series combines the distillers signature four grain mash bill with two styles of French oak staves. Working in collaboration with Tonnellerie Radoux of France, the market leader in oak barrel manufacturing and innovation, the Penelope team selected each stave using their state-of-the-art OakScan® process to construct a truly memorable flavor profile. After all, the best architecture leaves no room for error. ​

Penelope Architect Straight Bourbon Whiskey is Four Grain Straight Bourbon uniquely blended from three bourbons mash bills, then finished for a minimum of 4 years in barrels using Nektar Extreme Complex French Oak Staves with medium tannin content.  The creates a whiskey with wide and complex aromatic palette, roasted, spicy, vanilla notes and balanced structure on the palate, fullness and persistency.

Aroma: Rich and bold on the nose with hints of sweet candied cream

Mouthfeel: Creamy sweetness transitions from the forward notes and into the body,

Palate: Sweet vanilla and viscous cream with some savory oak notes
