​Ed Metcalfe came up with the idea for a Maple Cream Liqueur in 2007 and then used the idea to win $10,000 in the Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation's business plan competition.

Buttery, plush and bursting with the flavor of 100% pure Vermont maple syrup.  This Maple Cream Liqueur is smooth and delicious served neat, on the rocks or mixed in a cocktail.
