The biggest ever robbery at the time occurred at Brink Express Co. in Boston, when 11 thieves stole over $3.7 million in 17 minutes. J. Edgar Hoover and the F.B.I would spend $129 million over several years to catch the perpetrators. In the UK, the Labour Party, led by Clement Attlee, wins the 1950 General Election.

And the Macallan released exactly 433 bottles at 51.7% abv of this amazing whiskey, worldwide.
