Color: Dark Amber
Aroma: Slight alcohol burn, but about what you’d expect for a barrel proof bourbon. Classic bourbon notes of caramel and vanilla, with a hint of lime and cherry fruit notes.
Palate: Sweet on the palate. Nutty, both peanuts and almonds. Much like peanut brittle with caramel and burnt sugar notes. More subtle notes of cherry and oak.
Finish: Relatively short but flavorful and rich up until the end. Continued sweet flavors from the palate linger around, along with dusty cinnamon and smoky notes
