Iwai Japanese Whisky (750mL)

Kiichiro Iwai, the Japanese name sake for this whisky, was a silent pioneer of Japanese whisky. Iwai Whisky is essentially a Bourbon made in Japan, produced from majority of corn and balanced with light malt, the whisky is then aged in ex-bourbon barrels.  The whisky is sweet, with hints of pear, quince, and hints of red fruit and vanilla

Produced at Mars Shinshu Distillery, the highest distillery at 798 meters (2,618 ft) above sea level and is situated between the north and south Japanese alps.
