(86?) Deep layers of peat integrate with aromas of barley, grain and slight undertones of honey. Aged in a bourbon cask, the wood lends toasty, oaky and slight vanilla notes to the Scotch. Hints of marmalade and nuanced fruit precede a long, creamy and viscous finish of light, sweet spice and toasted nuts.
