Defiant Patriot American Single Malt Whisky is produced by Blue Ridge Distillers of Golden Valley, North Carolina. The distillery is nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and their water is drawn from an aquifer right under the distillery.

Charred French oak add a deep flavor to the whisky, developing a dark amber color and strong notes of vanilla, caramel cinnamon, nutmeg, and chocolate. Water and/or ice bring out intense chocolate notes in this whisky.
