Dark Door Spirit of the IPA Whiskey (750mL)

To create Dark Door Spirit of the IPA Whiskey the Cerberus Distillery team partnered with local Tampa Brewery Motorworks Brewing to create this unique “whiskey”.

Dark Door Spirit of the IPA Whiskey is made with Motorworks IPA, distilled from an IPA mashbill that includes a high percentage of hops, that is blended with Cerberus' 3 year corn whiskey. They then age the spirit to age in various barrels allowing for a final blend that is distinctly different for each batch.

Dark Door Spirit of the IPA Tasting Notes:

Color: Amber

Aroma: Hoppy and floral with vanilla.

Palate: Sweet vanilla, caramel, woody flavors.

Finish: Refreshing citrus
