A gin for people who don't like gin; as mellow as it comes.

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: Juniper, dates, fruit gum, mango, citrus, floral.
Palate: Baking spice, pistachio oil, violet, saffron, clove, anise, mint, pine, pink peppercorn, peppery.
Finish: Dried fruit, flowers, chalk, peppery, spicy, clean, fresh, balanced.
