Every spring, the Boyden Family produces 100% pure wood fired maple syrup.  Bourbon barrels are filled hot off the wood fired evaporator and aged for 6 months. Their amazingly flavorful bourbon barrel aged maple syrup is  blended with 5 year old Bourbon and fresh cream, creating complex flavors of maple bourbon with a pronounced bourbon flavor, wonderfully smooth
