Within the vanilla and dark fruits, brought to the fore by sherry barrels, is an ever-so- light peat reek that sets up a delicate core of complexity to counter the fruity richness.

The nose is a graceful beckoning of malt and winey notes mixed with light cocoa, becoming slightly more like white chocolate and honey as you penetrate the glass.

The palate of this 20yr old reveals the character of being so long in an ex-Bourbon barrel: fat malt, rich, wood notes and the traces of a Zagnut bar: crisp coconut and butterscotch.
