Bastille 1789 is a luxury whisky hand-crafted in France. This revolutionary spirit is produced from barley and wheat grown in northeast France. The water used during production is naturally filtered through limestone ensuring incredible purity. Bastille 1789’s innovative distillation process combines traditional and cutting-edge techniques to express the natural characteristics of the terroir, water and malt. BASTILLE 1789 uses the purest water naturally filtered for centuries through limestone. Maison DAUCOURT uses its "Savoir–Faire" and its heritage of a family distilling spirits for three generations. BASTILLE 1789 Whiskies are hand-crafted. The aging process is made in small batches of different varieties of wood cask, including the most luxurious French Limousin oak. The barrels are second used, previously aging some of the finest wines and spirits, bringing their unique characters to BASTILLE 1789 whiskies.

Aroma : Orange, marmalade, dried apricots, spiced cake, pineapple blossoms.

Palate : Very smooth, with notes of vanilla, toffee, rich fruit and spices. Complex and flavorful yet delicate.
